In her current role, Bailey assists with tent-pole event production, works with Networks to ensure broadcasts align with League protocol, maintains camera complement information, helps manage the NFL Game Rep and Green Hat programs, and serves as a Broadcast officiating liaison.
NBC- Paris 2024 Olympic Content Associate
As the only CA on the swing team covering seven events, Bailey assisted in daily studio talent management, logging events, research, writing copy, and editing footage. She was honored with a 2024 Emmy Award for Outstanding Live Special.
NESN- Production Stage Manager
In Boston, she worked directly with the Bruins and Red Sox talent and production teams to manage operations, acting as a communication vessel between the production teams and talent in the booth. She accommodated show guests, and ensured content quality on advertising copy.
FOX Sports- Operations Manager and College Associate
During her time in New York City, she assisted with operations and content for the First Things First Show and The Carton Show.

SONY Pictures- Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy! Social
In the Culver City, CA Studio Headquarters, she produced, wrote, and created content for Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy! social media accounts and on-air media under strict deadlines, contributing to the highest ever ratings for both shows.
